Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise factory manager and ensure that factory targets are met.
∎ Ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
∎ Develop innovative strategies to stem line factory operations.
∎ Screening recruiting and training new factory workers.
∎ Collaborating with quality control to establish and execute quality control products.
∎ Ensure factory machinery in good working order. analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Inspect finished products to determine if they meet established quality standards.
∎ Responsible to handle Plant operation as per Production Budget.
∎ To follow up with the RMC sales team.
∎ Search & collect raw materials for smooth production.
∎ Ensure timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
∎ Possess general knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities.
∎ Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment.
∎ Ensure statutory compliance & maintain excellent relationships with Local Stakeholders and Govt. office.
∎ Ensure operations with application process and procedures.
∎ Cost Optimization through effective deployment of resources.
∎ Perform special assignments from Management time to time.
