∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Civil Engineer or Architect

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Baipail, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment.
∎ Those who do not meet the requirements need not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draw up the plans that the project requires, support with technical designs and three-dimensional models.
∎ Study and preparation of proposals plans.
∎ Survey of facilities for the creation and construction of plans As Built.
∎ Maintain updated records of the project, construction and As-Built plans.
∎ Participate in meetings of security, labor, operational, among others.
∎ Make work schedules for new and ongoing projects (Gantt Charts)
∎ Capable to do renders and 3D designs.
∎ Do beautification plans and designs
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years

∎ Must have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.
