Job Context:
∎ Best Group BD owns and runs five RMG factories. All of our RMG Manufacturing units are socially compliant. Its Sourcing and production Unit. Best Group is one of the largest Sourcing and production Companies in Bangladesh. Its operations are Global including UK, USA, EU, Asia and Australia.
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent for the immediate appointment of Cad & Pattern Master.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ echnical know how to operate and experience using Bullmer Automatic Labeler.
∎ To know Pattern making manual & Software and size wise grading.
∎ Ensure optimum marker efficiency by CAD and sample making according to the tech pack.
∎ Check sample quality, styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Ensures sampling quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting, aesthetics looks, etc.), and other technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure housekeeping rules are followed at all times and ensuring all equipment are clean.
∎ Recommend any improvement as necessary.
∎ Provides technical advice and support to customers, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members.
∎ Calculative mind for cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
