Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ • Confidence to take challenge and fulfill daily and monthly KPI.
∎ • Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
∎ • Analytics skill and working ability for team development.
∎ • Expert in data entry
∎ • Work on a variety of call assignments as required by the Support Center Manager.
∎ • Answering client and technician inquiries.
∎ • Good Documentation.
∎ • Good Computer Operation
∎ • Reporting
∎ • Tale Marketing
∎ • Online Marketing
∎ • Online Communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
