Job Context:
∎ International Call Center, Inbound
∎ PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD IN ENGLISH SPEAKING.
∎ Night Shift: 10:00PM to 7:00AM
∎ Morning Shift: 7:00AM to 1:00PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
∎ No sales target.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
∎ Handle customer inquiries over the phone
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints
∎ Provide customers with product and service information
∎ Process orders, forms and applications
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

∎ Age 20 to 32 years
