Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to subscribers by answering phone calls, providing necessary information, and responding their inquiries and complaints accordingly.
∎ Provide technical support over the phone & respective gateways.
∎ Customer support pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the respective team accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
