Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers
∎ Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
∎ Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers
∎ Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Willing to work in shifting and holidays
∎ Should have good knowledge of MS Office
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must have multiple tasking abilities
∎ The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
Salary: Tk. 15500 (Monthly)
