Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT, Marketing, Online (web/ e-mail) Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain best possible relations with the members and clients.
∎ Keeping customer complaint and resolution register through queue management
∎ Identifying and solving Basic needs
∎ Giving daily/monthly reports
∎ Practice speaking with a clear accent and communicating on the telephone
∎ Solving problems through patience
∎ Collecting information work through field workers.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.
∎ Updated and good communication skills (by mobile/email/internet and others) with management
∎ Working experience in Data center will be considered as an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
