Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on recovery process(outbound) and attend the incoming calls.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Make a periodical report to the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude with self-motivated and Speed and Efficiency.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail & Internet Browsing good typing skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Effective Communication Skills and Emotional Stability with Empathy
∎ Knowledge Retention and Recall.
∎ Excellent convincing ability. (Clear voice and correct pronunciation)
∎ Female candidates will be given preference
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
