Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them and answering inbound call.
∎ Customers' record keeping and their problem handling.
∎ Answering to products, services. and solution progress.
∎ Customer's relationship management handling to encourage repeat repeat business.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
∎ Continually meeting daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
∎ Updating database with all the customer's information.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply (Females are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Working experience to call center activities.
∎ Ready to work under heavy pressure and beyond office hours.
∎ Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
