Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
∎ Provide accurate information and support to students regarding educational opportunities and visa processes.
∎ Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
∎ Assist in scheduling and coordinating client consultations.
