Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all aspects of cash management operations, including processing settlements, reconciling accounts, and monitoring cash flows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Perform daily reconciliation of transaction data, bank statements, and other financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and financial institutions to facilitate timely and accurate settlement of transactions, resolving any issues or disputes as needed.
∎ Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly cash management reports, summarizing transaction activity, cash balances, and variances, and providing insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
∎ Monitor and analyze cash management processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains, and implementing best practices and controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational effectiveness.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures related to cash management, settlement processes, and financial reporting.
∎ Provide training, guidance, and support to junior staff members, ensuring their proficiency in cash management processes and procedures, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
∎ Manage business accounting for the entire business including Tax/VAT management.

∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash management, settlement processes, and financial reporting, preferably in the fintech industry.
