Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ক্যাশ সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করে গ্রাহকদের সাথে লেনদেন পরিচালনা করা
∎ পণ্য স্ক্যান করা এবং সঠিক মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা
∎ নগদ বা ক্রেডিট যাই হোক না কেন পেমেন্ট সংগ্রহ করা
∎ রসিদ, ফেরত, পরিবর্তন বা বিল ইস্যু করা
∎ পয়েন্ট এবং কুপন রিডিম করা
∎ বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির লক্ষে ক্রস-সেল পণ্য এবং নতুন পণ্য প্রবর্তন করা
∎ গ্রাহকদের অভিযোগ সমাধান করে তাদের নির্দেশনা দেয়া এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
∎ দোকানে প্রবেশ বা বের হওয়ার সময় গ্রাহকদের অভ্যর্থনা জানান
∎ পরিষ্কার এবং পরিপাটি পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা
∎ হিসাব শিটে লেনদেন ট্র্যাক করা এবং যেকোনো অসঙ্গতি রিপোর্ট করা
