Education:
∎ Minimum SSC or Vocational Certificate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Vocational Training on CS/EE/IT with training on IT applications gets more preference.
∎ Experience in the desired position will get more preference.
∎ Have to perform shifting duty including night shift.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operating and monitoring all surveillance security cameras within the Control Centre in an efficient manner and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.
∎ Notifying the authorized person immediately of any unusual occurrence, breach of security, regulation, or emergency situation.
∎ Maintaining logs of security incidents and making sure they are reported to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Strictly maintaining control room norms, protocols, and privacy of the resultant output footage.
∎ Communicating immediately with the authority and other security personnel when crimes are committed.
∎ Coordinating with the IT Dept for ensured smooth functioning of the surveillance CCTVs and the entire system; if any issue is found, informing Dept of IT.
∎ Working under pressure as a quick learner.
∎ Performing any other job assigned by the superior management.
