Job Context:
∎ The organization is executing a project in partnership with UNHCR, generously funded by UNIQLO, a well-known Japanese brand with a global presence. The primary goal of this project is to empower 800 refugee women through a holistic approach, including capacity-building and skill development training. These women will be engaged as production workers, creating opportunities for them to earn wages and, in turn, contribute to the improved future of Rohingya communities.
∎ This position entails the crucial responsibility of managing the production center and providing training to female beneficiaries. Therefore, it is imperative that we seek a highly skilled female candidate for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop plan for the production by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as the production center.
∎ Follow up production plans and achieve set targets and balancing production lines as required.
∎ Supervise and monitor the production process to supply products within lead time
∎ Ensure the quality benchmark of the products by minimizing defect percentage
∎ Work in collaboration with quality control officer to develop and implement effective quality control procedures.
∎ Conduct routine inspections on completed products to assess their compliance with established quality benchmark
∎ Guide and take necessary steps to minimize cost and rejection rate of the products and ensure line balancing.
∎ Manage overall skills development training activities and ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective.
∎ Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
∎ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget
∎ Support Self-reliance Manager on providing monthly report, progress and achievement
∎ Prepare monitoring tools according to the project indicators.
∎ Maintain the compliance rules in line with the organizational policy
∎ Participate in meetings, events organized by other stakeholders and represent the project and NGO Forum for Public Health properly.
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.
