Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will supervise a team and manage the overall customer care center activities of a respective region.
∎ Center In-Charge is overall responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in after-sales service operations for home appliances mobile devices, and IT Products.
∎ Coordinate with all center functions (Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, Inventory, and Logistics, etc.) and report to regions and head office.
∎ Must be KPI driven, ensuring consistent monitoring and improvement of results.
∎ Needs to be sales and revenue target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue growth and profitability goals for the service center.
∎ Excellent relationship management with vendors and the local sales team.
∎ A dedicated salesperson with a passion for selling home appliances, IT products, and accessories.
∎ Motivate the customer with positive reviews to convert the interest into sales.
∎ Target-oriented and punctuality are a must requirement in the workplace.
∎ Achieve sales targets set by the management and prepare periodic reports accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with the service department to provide smooth and quality services.
∎ Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements with proper forecasting.
