Business Development, Civil Construction works, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Medical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, Public Relation Companies, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver report direct to the Managing Director & Chairman delivers updates on strategic plans, and get the feedback from the board regarding the overall direction of the company.
∎ To run organization smoothly along with procuring fresh business from the Corporate, National & International client.
∎ Keep confidentiality to all the issues.
∎ Ability to forecast and decides on the long-term plans of a company.
∎ Highly motivated, committed to the highest ethical standard, ability to work successfully in a team.
∎ Develop a growth strategy and conduct researches to identify new projects across different Government sector.
∎ Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company’s services.
∎ Build long term relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Identifying and selecting experts for proposals.
∎ Drafting of prequalification files and the response to the public tenders. Also have to make sure with the requirements of the specifications, both technically and financially.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 52 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Government secretary from any respected Ministry or Retired Defense officer will get privilege.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Fresh business Acquisition, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Business Product Development, SME, Recovery, Market Development.
∎ Must have the sense of financial & non-financial track that where the line is going.
∎ Must have the sense to understand the company performance diagram.
∎ Must have Strategic mindset in financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
∎ Must have the ability to maintain good communications with Government sector.
∎ Interest in national and international current affairs
∎ Ability to clearly communicate with people of different backgrounds
