Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cooking/preparing a variety of food and other refreshment items as required.
∎ Ensure proper cleanliness in the kitchen.
∎ Wash, cut, and prepare food items before cooking.
∎ Consider the wishes of the clients when planning the menu.
∎ Ensure that good nutritional value is maintained while preparing food.
∎ Ensuring maximum quality of all food at the time of delivery.
∎ Ensuring high standards of food, hygiene, health, and safety.
∎ Food dishes need to be presented in an attractive way.
∎ Set cooking goals consistent with serving needs.
∎ Constantly checking the quality of the food served.
∎ Be sure to dress appropriately and serve meals while in the kitchen.
∎ Contacting suppliers and ordering vegetables, meat, and kitchen/cleaning equipment.
∎ Adequate knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices.
∎ Prepare a checklist of cooking utensils/equipment and keep it up to date carefully.
∎ Preparing fast food items such as burgers, pizza, sandwiches, sticks, fish fingers, bar BQ etc.
∎ The stock of the kitchen should be monitored and demand letter should be given as required.
∎ Must have updates on cooking techniques and recipes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a basic level of English communication skills both written & spoken.
∎ Essential skills required with practical knowledge of the following cuisines - American, South American, Spanish, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Arabic Oriental, GCC, Indian, Asian Oriental, and Japanese.
