∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, safety, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.
∎ Ensure appealing plate presentation.
∎ Cook and assist as needed.
∎ Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required.
∎ Monitor food stock and place orders.
∎ Follow compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
∎ Create tasting menus for clients interested in contracting the food for different events (banquets, corporate dinners, birthday parties, etc.) from their kitchen.
∎ Operate within controlled budgets, cost, dishes etc. and analyze future purchasing to prevent over/under buying

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
