∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Experience is required of Pesticide / Fertilizer / Chemical industry ( Production / QC ) , but Pesticide is preferable
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi agricultural, pesticide market and its dynamics Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
∎ Experience is required of Pesticide / Fertilizer / Chemical industry ( Production / QC ) , but Pesticide is preferable
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi agricultural, pesticide market and its dynamics Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sampling and quality check of all incoming materials & Finished goods.
∎ To work for product development as well as new product.
∎ To develop packaging materials as per requirement .
∎ Operate quality control laboratory equipment’s .
∎ To ensure proper maintenance & update of all QC documents – Specifications, SOP, MSDS, Test method etc.
∎ Regularly preparation and update laboratory reagent, Chemicals & and keep record of glassware .
∎ Production floor inspection and to take corrective & preventive action regarding quality.
∎ To maintain regulatory documents.
∎ To operate ETP as per standard process.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
∎ Agro-chemicals such as micronutrient, pesticide and Bio-fertilizers.
