∎ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Deep knowledge of international and local cuisine trends.
∎ Creativity and passion for food innovation.

∎ Develop innovative and diverse menus aligned with Foodexpo’s brand, featuring multi-cuisine offerings.
∎ Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain consistent performance and promote teamwork.
∎ Control kitchen inventory, manage procurement, and minimize food wastage while maintaining high quality.
∎ Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes served.
∎ Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
∎ Collaborate with management for food promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
∎ Handle administrative tasks related to kitchen operations, such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
∎ Continuously research, innovate, and introduce new recipes to enhance the dining experience.
∎ Monitor customer feedback related to food and implement necessary improvements.
