Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trouble shooting and predictive/preventive/breakdown and routine maintenance for identifying areas of obstruction and reducing machinery down time minimum.
∎ Paper machine operations and ensure the quality and quantity of production.
∎ Maintenance of all machines including utilities run at optimize speed and efficiency.
∎ Make maximum utilization of resources (human resources, raw materials, machinery and other resources) through minimizing/ avoiding wastage and inefficiency.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in the performance and efficiency of subordinates.
∎ Planning, directing and controlling all critical and major maintenance and technical activities of the mills.
∎ Supervision & Maintenance of Installation, AC, HVAC Etc.
∎ Develop appropriate fire fighting system/ fire threat/fire hazards/ appliances and ensure efficiency of the firefighting arrangement in case of fire.
∎ Knowledge on Lightning Protection System (LPS).
∎ Power distribution system for point wiring (Cable sizes & circuit diagram for point wiring)
∎ Power Distribution Board Layout & Electrical Equipment Layout
∎ Planned, organized, scheduled and monitored works according to requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 15 years practical experience in any reputed Paper Mill, Paper converting, Printing & Packaging Industry. Young and Skilled person who have practical experience in paper sector industry.
Salary: Negotiable
