Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, related plans & policies; presents regular reports on the "status of the company's operations" to the management and ensures targeted profit.
∎ Engage in media obligations and public relations.
∎ Interact with other leadership executives.
∎ Maintain accountability with the top management.
∎ Monitor company performance.
∎ Setting precedence for the working culture and environment.
∎ Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
∎ Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
∎ Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
