∎ Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
∎ Monitoring the overall operation and compliance related activities of the company.
∎ Time to time report to Board of Directors. In-depth knowledge to support business unit for preparation of short & long term.
∎ Strategies & operation plan based on financial analysis.
∎ To ensure profitability target by maximizing revenues from Corporate, Retail In-depth knowledge to support business unit for preparation of short & long term.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the company’s overall operations and strategic direction.
∎ Manage and guide senior management and departmental teams.
∎ Ensure effective internal and external communication.
∎ Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
∎ Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
∎ Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
∎ Ex. Army, Navy, Airforce, Police personnel will get preference.
