∎ Must be a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA)/FCMA/CPA/CFA
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the capital market, merchant banking or other related financial sectors.
∎ Having at least 03 years of experience as Chief Executive Officer in a reputed organization.
∎ Sound knowledge about Capital Market, Bond Market, Merchant Banking, Issue Management, Underwriting etc.
∎ Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
∎ Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial instruments.
∎ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
