Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance;
∎ CA Partly Qualified, at least Professional Level/Knowledge Level qualified;
∎ Five to Seven years of experience in financial management (Manager/Sr. Manager/CFO level) in similar type organization;
∎ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Proficient in accounting software, database and accounting computer application systems.

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statements, including Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Shareholder Equity Reports, Cash Flows Statement & other relevant reports;
∎ Preparation & maintaining of Books of Accounts like Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger Book, Trial Balance, Stock Register, Fixed Assets Register, Payroll Register, Cheque Book Register & other necessary books & register as per required;
∎ Supervise Finance & Accounts Department personnel;
∎ Provide timely Financial Budgets, Financial Planning, Fund Management, Fund disbursement Plan, Analysis of Financial Activities, Annual Report of Revenues & Expenditure, Accurate analysis of Financial Reports in order to assist the Management team to perform their responsibilities.
∎ Provide proper planning for investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
∎ Execution of INCOME TAX, VAT, TDS, VDS etc. related works as per TAX ADVISER requirements and executing relevant planning;
∎ Proper Planning & Maintaining of Accounts & Finance related records as per Tax & VAT related Act. & Rules;
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
∎ Implement & compliance with all the Laws, Rules & Policies of the country as applicable, including Internal Audit, Statutory Auditing & other regulatory requirements;
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures in Accounts;
∎ Accounts & Finance related monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly management reporting including proper analysis & forecasting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Familiarity with the healthcare industry in which the company operates is preferred.
∎ Need strong strategic thinking abilities to help shape the company's financial direction and align it with broader business goals.
∎ Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
∎ Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
∎ The ability to identify, assess, and manage financial risks, especially in industries with high volatility.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills to oversee the finance team and collaborate with other departments.
∎ Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
∎ High ethical standards and integrity for maintaining trust in financial matters.
∎ Familiarity with financial software and systems for efficient financial management and reporting.
∎ The ability to adapt to changing economic conditions and evolving industry trends.
∎ Building relationships with financial partners, investors, and other industry professionals.
∎ Need to have ability to analyze complex financial problems and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Overall, need a strong financial background, leadership skills, and strategic thinking are core qualifications for this critical executive role
