∎ Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) is mandatory.
∎ Fellow Chartered Management (FCMA) will give advantage.
∎ University of Dhaka, IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference.

Accounting and Finance, Administration, Audit, Audit and Cost Management Accounting, Cost management Accounting, Finance Accounts, Regulatory Affairs, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Context:
∎ Mahir Group is now seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with experience and potential to oversee all of the company`s financial and accounting operations.
∎ This is a senior-level role with responsibilities including providing accurate and timely financial reports to the Directors, conducting regular financial analyses and auditing the company`s books.
∎ As a result, the CFO will collaborate closely with Mahir group Management to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely feedback, the implementation and management of financial budgets relative to expenses, the preparation of forecasts, the smooth running of the bank, VAT, TAX, Customs ,Accounts and the observance of all standards in accordance with IAS, IFRS and the bank`s programmatic strategies.
∎ Must be pro-active, young & energetic person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Must have working experience in share market listed, traded company.
∎ Proven experience in managing funding, liquidity, capital risk and digital transformation.
∎ Resilient and adaptable professional with international financial experience in a leadership position.
∎ knowledge of complex accounting, legal concerns, and tax planning
