Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA or FCMA
∎ Skills Required: Excellent analytical skills, Excellent communication skill, Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 35 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Computer Operating, Microsoft Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts and payments are recorded in time.
∎ Record all transactions in the software of the company.
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry.
∎ Check money receipts, bills, vouchers, daily expenses, etc.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are reconciled on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts.
∎ Advise and report all relevant matters to Management.
∎ Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary and disbursement note.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Overlook the departments (Finance) and meet Department KPIs throughout the period.
∎ Ensure compliance on all products/services handled as expected by all regulatory (local & international), statutory, and principal requirements and policies.
∎ Ensure correct and complete processes are introduced and followed/maintained in departments (Finance), to achieve the set goals of individuals, Departments and the group Goals/KPIs.
∎ Supervise and assigned personnel, allocates work, performance appraisals, training and development of the Divisions (Finance).
∎ Oversees all treasury activities including banking, investment, and liquidity management. Ensures the strategies comply with relevant statutes, regulations, and policies including the Risk Management Policy guidelines, IFRS and IAS guidelines, and MMA requirements.
∎ Preparing and presentation of accurate and timely historical financial information of the Group and present to relevant stakeholders including shareholders, analysts, creditors, employees and other members of management. Eg. Monthly Management Accounts (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flows...), EDMC and CBR presentations,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be FCA or FCMA certified.
∎ Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experienced in using and updating Xero Accounting software.
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Must be fast at typing.
∎ Should know both Bangla and English typing.
Salary: Negotiable
