Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day garment manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met.
∎ Develop and implement the company's garments manufacturing strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
∎ Lead initiatives to improve garment manufacturing processes, productivity, and quality.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources in the manufacturing units, including personnel, machinery, and materials.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
∎ Manage, mentor, and develop manufacturing teams, including production managers, supervisors, and operators.
∎ Create a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the manufacturing division.
∎ Drive innovation in manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
∎ Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
∎ Communicate manufacturing strategies and performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, such as design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment in production goals.
∎ Liaison with the buyer’s preference to develop manufacturing strategies.
