∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate Land business and present market scenario.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Should have the experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To hire, select & train up better sales personnel(s).Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building/spirit.
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales, Chief Marketing Officer who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry. This candidate should have at least 10 to 15 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
