∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Contract duration will be 5 years.

∎ CARE Bangladesh is seeking a qualified Team Leader/COP for an anticipated project for the multi-year Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO)-funded Empowering Survivors of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (ES-SEAH) project. The initiative aims to enhance the reporting of SEAH incidents committed by aid workers while strengthening survivor-centred responses. This programme will support Women’s Rights Organizations (WROs) in providing case management services, engaging agencies to ensure accountability, and developing survivor-centred responses. Additionally, participatory action research will identify effective reporting mechanisms and community-based SEAH prevention strategies. The project will be tested across humanitarian, development, and peacekeeping contexts to refine SEAH response approaches and contribute to global safeguarding efforts.
