∎ Should have an MBA in Marketing from IBA-DU/ BRAC University/ NSU.

∎ 20+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Though not an essential requirement, background in the real estate industry would be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent leadership and decision-making capability.
∎ Strategic management, team building, and people management skills.

∎ Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals and track these goals. Increase Sales Lead Conversion Rate through the Sales Funnel.
∎ Analyze MIS data and make sure that the teams are fully complying with maintaining proper follow-ups.
∎ Make the Audit more effective.
∎ Put maximum emphasis on human resource development.
∎ Constantly enrich the talent by recruiting high-quality professionals and weed out poor performers of the teams.
∎ The primary function of this role is to head the Sales and Business Development teams of the company. He/she will facilitate the teams under him/her by developing the sales and marketing strategies and work closely with the teams to ensure implementation of the same.
∎ A strong Sales and Marketing background is required to take on this hands-on leadership role in the Organization. Strategy development, sales, marketing, team building, and people management would be an integral part of his job.
∎ The extent of the role’s involvement & leadership activities brings the following departments into his purview.
