Job Responsibilities:
∎ Led Drive Team in creating, growing and building a world-class, industry-leading organization.
∎ Drive the organizational vision and mission, core values and corporate strategy
∎ Drive the setting & implementation of strategic goals, objectives, budgets, and marketing & business plans to enhance the market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Overseeing the daily business and operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
∎ Drive organization results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the Chairman, Board of Directors and other key team members.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the organization is meeting its short-and long-term objectives
∎ Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
∎ Led design and product innovation as well as R&D for new business development.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost-reduction opportunities
∎ Work closely with the senior management team to create, implement and roll-out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and organization policies all designed to foster growth, profitability and efficiency within the organization.
∎ Driving the organization's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction, retention, and organization goals.
∎ Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the organization to achieve sales and organizational objectives.
∎ Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with buyers/customers, vendors/suppliers, and all other professional business relationships.
∎ Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to organization policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure team members grow as capable participants.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization to ensure that the organization's culture, responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of all executives are clearly defined and understood.
∎ Ensure the development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report accordingly.
∎ Maintain awareness of current market trends and conditions that affect suppliers, cost of services, and pricing, which may have operational or strategic implications for the organization
∎ Vendor Performance Management - monitor, analyse and evaluate vendor performance against metrics on a regular basis
∎ Directly manages complex negotiations with key suppliers that require a detailed strategic plan and that have a direct correlation with Corporate operational needs and/or goals
∎ Drive change management across the organization
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible to look after the overall operation including buyer management, meet up buyer requirements, Design & Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Technical & Quality, Business Development & Marketing, Commercial, Compliance, IT, Human Resources and Administration, etc.
∎ Encourage a culture that emphasizes our core values: Respect, Proactivity, Commitment, Integrity, Excellence and Openness.
∎ Perform any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by the Supervisor or Board of Directors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, communication, teamwork, leadership, public speaking and influencing skills.
∎ Capability to motivate employees and to ensure corporate workplace culture
∎ Possess excellent commercial acumen and the ability to understand key business processes as well as be able to have strategic dialogues with various business heads.
∎ Clear, Strategic Vision, with an ability to perceive incipient trends and manage change creatively
∎ A strong visionary with In-depth understanding of the industry
∎ Knowledge of financial analysis and data analysis
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
