Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
∎ Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operation processes.
∎ Design and implement strategies, plans and procedures.
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Establish policies that promote company’s culture, vision and mission.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the company and work with Sales, Property Acquisition, Marketing, Finance, CR & CSD, Legal & Estate and MIS team.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data & metrics.
∎ Submit reports to the CEO in all matter of importance.
∎ Assist CEO in fund raising ventures.
∎ Participates in expansion activities like investments, acquisition, corporate alliances etc.
∎ Assist CEO to achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP)
∎ Any other job assigned by supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position in real estate industry.
∎ Strong financial analysis skill including accounting, budgeting, cash-flow and financial management.
∎ Develop strategies to improve management practice and introduce more efficiency in business operations.
∎ Team building, people and project management.
∎ Excellent time management skill and fast decision making capability.
∎ Excellent convincing and negotiation skill.
