∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Additional Requirements:
∎ o Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration or Economics or Public Administration or Engineering degree with extensive experience and proven business, managerial and interpersonal skills for more than 10 years in risk management. Relevant Professional Degree will add more weight.
∎ o Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of processes.
∎ o Familiarity with financial, compliance requirements, fraud prevention and potential threats to monetary transactions.
∎ o Strong quantitative and analytical skills to run the necessary calculations.
∎ o An understanding of digital and corporate technology systems, networks, IT infrastructure and cyber threats. Presentation skills, which are critical for conveying complex risk concepts in a manner that audiences with varying degrees of expertise can understand
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The CRO will be responsible for all risk management strategies and operations, as well as supervising the organization risk mitigation and identification procedures.·
∎ Determine the company’s risk appetite and quantify the amount of risk it should take on and develop strategic action plans to mitigate threats more concerned with data protection, risk assurance, eradicating threats and system vulnerabilities.·
∎ Integrating strategic risk management priorities into the company’s overall strategic planning.·
∎ Manage operational risk related to business continuity and disaster recovery planning, developing information security processes and managing the governance of regulatory compliance data.·
∎ Evaluating potential operational risk stemming from employee errors or system failures that could disrupt business processes, then developing strategies to reduce exposure to these risks and respond effectively.·
∎ Take a thorough look at insurance issues, IT security, financial auditing, internal auditing, global business variables, risk from competitors, fraud prevention, safety measures and other internal corporate investigations.·
∎ Recognize the potential threats to operational efficiency and financial stability of the organization.·
∎ Overseeing funding (especially international funds) and budgeting of risk management and mitigation projects.·
∎ Document risk analysis reports to various stakeholders, such as Board Members, C-suite executives, and employees.·
∎ Conduct due diligence and risk assurance on behalf of the company during business transformation, business deals, mergers and acquisitions.·
∎ Evaluate the risk of sustainability and capital maintenance including cash flow management·
∎ Develop risk-related plans and formulate strategies to minimize and mitigate risks and also monitoring the progress of the project
