∎ Effective communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
∎ Preferred: Experience working in export-oriented socks manufacturing units.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the operation and maintenance of computerized socks knitting machines .
∎ Ensure all machinery is functioning efficiently with minimal downtime.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid solutions to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Work closely with the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
∎ Ensure high-quality output by monitoring machine settings, yarn tension, and stitch consistency.
∎ Identify and resolve defects or inconsistencies in socks production.
∎ Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain international standards.
∎ Lead, train, and mentor junior technicians and machine operators.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in knitting technology.
∎ Recommend and implement technical improvements for increased productivity.
∎ Maintain inventory of spare parts and technical supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team for timely stocking of essential machine parts.
∎ Ensure all machines and technical operations comply with workplace safety regulations.
∎ Implement best practices for energy efficiency and waste reduction in the production process.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining product quality to meet international standards. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in socks manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of computerized knitting machines and production processes.
