Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.Proficiency in ERP Software, Autocad, M.S office.Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget. Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
∎ Prepare cost estimation and compare the current market price of product & service.
∎ Preparing work schedule for each project.
∎ Any other task assigned by senior management.
