Billing and Costing, Project Engineer, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Purchase/ Procurement, Site Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
∎ The requisition of found/ Materials/ Construction related equipment.
∎ Project accounting functions include managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
∎ • To make the construction Schedule of the assigned project and ensure that construction activities move according to the predetermined schedule.
∎ To select the contractor for his project and communicate effectively with the contractors.
∎ Responsible for completing various phases of the project.
∎ Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes the consultants, contractor, sub-contractors and laborers and take over the Design/Drawing from the Consultant.
∎ Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
∎ Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guideline, quality and safety standards.
∎ Frequent inspection of construction sites.
∎ To take all Construction related Decision Concerns with top Management.
∎ To give necessary guidelines to the sub-ordinate.
∎ The candidate must have worked practically on-site as a project engineer and managed all paperwork, has knowledge of procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
∎ Carry out visits to the contraction sites of the project and submit reports to team leaders on their current status.
∎ Long-term job vision and will have to be a competent leader in the future.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Must be capable in proper planning and preparation of masterwork program.
∎ Computer Knowledge.
