Education:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Rajshahi Science & Technology University (RSTU), Natore,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 4-8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
∎ strong project management, communication and leadership skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards and local regulation.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and engineering design tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.PRO , etc)
∎ Minimum 4-8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.

∎ In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards and local regulation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise daily labour teams in the planning.
∎ Drawing, design and execution of infrastructure and building projects.
∎ Review and approve engineering designs, drawing and BOQs submitted by constants and internal teams.
∎ Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC, RSC, ACI, ASTM and relevant national and international standards.
∎ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Oversee site activities including quality control, safety, timeline adherence and cost management.
∎ Manage budgeting, procurement planning and resource allocation for civil works.
∎ Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
∎ Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for necessary permits and compliance.
∎ Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
∎ Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure continuous skill development with in the team.
