Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical from any reputed university.
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make BOQ / estimate materials & costing and prepare purchase requisition ( PR ), and material receiving report ( MRR )
∎ To make time and action plan in MS project and ensure to HOD or line manger project is being delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
∎ Research the drawing & plan and execute the interior renovation and decoration work of new / old project.
∎ Supervising construction work, interior renovation, rectification work and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
∎ Visit projects and sites, finding issues, making check list and arrange to resolve.
∎ Have to check vendors / suppliers bills & to understand the respective department.
∎ Should have good idea about local market of civil work materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Self-Motivated, Excellent communication and computer literacy.
