Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of day to day works of the assigned project(s) to accomplish all sort of necessary tasks.
∎ Keep focus on working drawing & ensure actual progress of the project accordingly.
∎ Drive staffs of the project and make sure progress of the concern subcontractor(s) works.
∎ Preparing material purchase requisition as per the set standard of the assigned project and make sure the quality of the product as per specification.
∎ Overseeing quality issues of the progress of the construction project(s).
∎ Maintain appropriate liaison with landowner, clients or their representative (Architect/Engineer/Surveyor).
∎ Develop & maintain close relationship with local authorities to ensure smooth work of the construction site.
∎ Look after all necessary MPR, MRR, Invoice, Subcontractors bills, attendance issue of the project staffs etc.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate supervision experience about construction site in building project.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Self motivated & self driven
∎ Result oriented approach
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ PF, Gratuity
∎ Two festival bonuses each equivalent to monthly basic salary
∎ Yearly Earned Leave with cash amount.
∎ Other facility as per company policy
