Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the project team to assess the site's suitability for construction and identify any potential challenges or environmental considerations.
∎ Conduct surveys and feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
∎ Prepare and review civil engineering plans and designs, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities.
∎ Ensure compliance with local biding codes and regulations and facilitate the permitting process.
∎ Oversee the construction and installation of infrastructure components such as roads, bridges, water supply systems, sewage systems, and electrical distribution networks within the resort.
∎ Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to integrate civil engineering aspects seamlessly into the resort's overall design.
∎ Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
∎ Monitor construction activities to ensure that work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
∎ Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in civil engineering designs and construction methods to minimize the resort's environmental impact.
∎ Manage the civil engineering budget, track expenses, and provide cost estimates for various project phases. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure projects stay within budget constraints.
∎ Prioritize safety on the construction site, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
∎ Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including resort management, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all engineering plans, construction activities, and project-related documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Proficiency in civil engineering software and design tools.
∎ Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
∎ Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and environmental standards.
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience in construction works.
∎ Should have knowledge on AUTO CAD and PEB works.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
