Drawing, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Computer skill, Microsoft Office Applications, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding building plans sections, elevations, structural drawings, electrical, sanitary plumbing design as well.
∎ Performing structural analysis and design on buildings and non-building structures including Structural designs.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Plans and schedules own work to meet assignment requirements within schedule and budgetary requirements.
∎ Ability to manage project and meet deadlines.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Day to day reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Excellent knowledge on International codes & standards
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill in must.
