∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering with a good academic record preferably from Public University or reputed Private University/Public Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Engineering, Good Computer Knowledge, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 11 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil 3D, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Civil work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To Draw through Auto CAD, prepare Engineering Estimate & Budget.
∎ 2. To coordinate with the Architect / Electrical Engineer for smooth execution of the project.
∎ 3. To prepare a work schedule and act accordingly and report to the authority.
∎ 4. To ensure the follow-up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC.
∎ 5. To prepare material consumption statement.
∎ 6. To prepare project progress plans & making regular monitoring of the actual progress of the project.
∎ 7. To be responsible to build up the project as per the architectural and structural drawing.
∎ 8. To estimate the cost of materials, Materials Quality & Quantity checking, and controlling man, material, equipment and others.
∎ 9. Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capability of Project Budget/Project Schedule/Project Coordination/Quality Control.
∎ Candidates from Gazipur zone or who is interested to shift at Gazipur, will get preference.
∎ Candidate should have good command in English and Basic Computer Knowledge.
∎ Knowing Hindi will be an additional advantage.
∎ Good communication skill is a must
