∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out regular inspections.
∎ Helping project Architect to plan the work program.
∎ Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
∎ Completing records for site reports.
∎ Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
∎ Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
∎ Cost Estimation of project.
∎ Completing Project work according to drawing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost Estimation, Site Supervision, Material Purchase and Inspection.
∎ Understanding architectural and interior drawing.
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
