Job Context:
∎ Duration of Assignment: 2 years (24 months)
∎ Location of Assignment: Anywhere in Bangladesh (300 Upazila)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-lead a team of 100+ staff for successful implementation of the assignment
∎ Provide overall guidance and input to the project planning and implementation
∎ Pay visit to the field to ensure activities are in line with the plan
∎ Stakeholder Coordination (Govt. institutions, head of institutions, others concerned)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 20 years of service experience in executive/managerial position in GO/NGO
∎ Experienced in Govt. financial management and accounts
∎ Experienced in project implementation
∎ Knowledge on traditional and modern teaching learning practices
∎ Extensive knowledge in secondary education system and field level administration system in Bangladesh
∎ High IT skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and motivational skill

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for all positions with Compensation & Other Benefits (Festival Bonus: 2)
