Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have experienced on Export documentation on PUMA.
∎ Candidate have practical experience on all types Export documents (Sales Contract, L/C, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, GSP, SAFTA. AFTA, REX, EU AND UK STATEMENT checking, Payment Claim).
∎ Follow up the LC's/ Sales Contract with Customer to complete the whole process within stipulated timeframe.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities (Bank/ Insurance/ Customs) relating to Export.
∎ Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and anticipate research on future changes in import and in relevant local territory practices.
∎ Liaise with Bank, C&F & Transport service support agents and freight forwarder agents to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on EPZ Act, Customs Act, Bangladesh Export Policy, Bond formalities HS code and other related laws applicable for Export.
∎ Maintaining Inter Dept. communication, Finance & Accounts, Audit, Sourcing, Planning, respective R&D, Quality assurance, Inventory, C&F & Logistics, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy along with English Knowledge is a MUST.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
