∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in LC handling and product import.
∎ Prior experience in industries such as Wholesale, Trading, Export/Import, Medical Equipment, or Healthcare/Lifestyle products.
∎ Strong knowledge of import processes and international trade regulations.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
∎ ERP system experience is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
∎ Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee import and export documentation, including LC opening, shipping, and customs clearance.
∎ Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless transactions and shipments.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all commercial transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to management.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
∎ Address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and present periodic reports for management review.
