Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Prepare GSP/REX/COO documents for all Export shipments·
∎ 2.EPB (Export Promotion Bureau) REX documents online submission.
∎ 3.BL draft confirmation to forwarder, stuffing follow up.
∎ 4.Chasing forwarder for stuffing the hand-overed Consignment.
∎ 5.Document prepare for forwarder/buyer.
∎ 6.BL Draft & BL corrections online submission.
∎ 7.Bank to Bank channel Documents prepare and submit to bank for collection as well follow up payment.
∎ 8.EXP issue, Duplication, Invoice Prepare.
∎ 9.Pre-paid shipment freight charge processing and submission to Account Dept. for issuance of Payment Cheque.
∎ 10.All kind of Transport Bill Checking & Submit to audit dept.
∎ 11.Required TC documents (export) provide to Factory Compliance Dept.
∎ regularly for collect TC certificate.
∎ 12.All other works assigned by management.
