∎ All kinds of logistics and customs operations related to import and export handling
∎ Sound leadership and negotiation skills to lead C&F and bring the best result.

∎ Must be able to perform under pressure within the time limit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain overall Import & Export related task. Check all documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, others certificate.)
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Inco terms.
∎ Maintaining a string of e-mail communication with all foreign & local concerns.
∎ Follow-up booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines.
∎ Strong knowledge about import & export online UD with regulatory rules.
∎ Prepare Master File, Prepare "KA FORM", Prepare Claimable File, Collect BGMEA Certificates & Sent to Bank, Prepare PRC Certificate, Follow up Banks, Follow up all Audit Firms, Meet Audit Firm's Discrepancy, Collect Cash Incentive Certificate, Must have good knowledge on LC , Incoterm and foreign exchange policy and cash incentive policy.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): All activities related Bank, Customs, EPB, BGMEA, Custom Bond, Import and Export, Government office, Buying Office, Supplier and Commercial activates etc.
∎ Handling C & F agent for related import & Export matter.
